VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Clay County Heritage is grateful for their dedicated volunteers! Below are some examples of volunteer opportunities:

• • Reception Desk Assistant – Volunteers at the front desk greet visitors, answer phone calls, and perform small projects.
  • Exhibit Assistant – Volunteers are always needed and welcome to assist with bringing history alive in the Clay County Heritage Center and Parker Museum. From display case sized exhibits, permanent gallery refreshment projects, to helping with the next temporary exhibit there is always a way to support us in sharing history.
  • Docent – Volunteers are needed to assist in Parker Museum and Heritage Center tours for all ages.
  • Clay County Fair – CCH operates the Clay County Fair Museum and needs volunteers to help supervise the museum during the fair.
  • Special Events – CCH offers special events and fundraisers each year with strong volunteer support.
