GALLERY EXHIBITS
The Clay County Heritage Center is located in downtown Spencer. It opened in July 2012 and It houses two galleries and the bulk of our collection. A permanent exhibition in the Dvergsten Gallary titled “This Land We Call Home – Settling Clay County” illustrates archeological, pioneer, and early Clay County history, including the 1931 Spencer Fire.
The South Gallery features rotating exhibits with Celebrating 35 Years of ADA currently on display
