How to find the Clay County Heritate Center
The Clay County Heritage Center is conveniently located north of the Little Sioux River on the west side of the road at 7 Grand Avenue. It is in the old Johnston Automotive building and also houses the Clay County Convention and Visitor’s Bureau. Spot us in the large brown building with lovely landscaping and our unique, hand-crafted wind sculpture out front.
Directions from south of Spencer: Go north on South Grand Avenue – Pass the Little Sioux River bridge and make the first left (west) on Park Street – The Heritage Center will be on your right.
Directions from north of Spencer: Go south on North Grand Avenue – At Park Street (right before the bridge), turn right (west) – The Heritage Center will be on your right.
Directions from west of Spencer: Find West 4th Street and head west – Turn right (south) at Grand Avenue stoplights – Continue south and turn right (west) at Park Street – Heritage Center will be on your right.
Directions from east of Spencer: Find East 4th Street and head east – Turn left (south) at Grand Avenue stoplights – Continue south and turn right (west) at Park Street – Heritage Center will be on your right.
